Dr. Michael Swann is a board-certified dermatologist fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery and laser & cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Swann also has extensive experience in reconstructive surgical repair of Mohs surgery defects. He is the only dermatologist in the area fellowship-trained in Dr. Swann is our board-certified dermatologist fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery and laser & cosmetic dermatology and the founder and president of Swann Dermatology. Dr. Swann began performing surgery in Springfield in 2008 and has expanded Swann Dermatology from a staff of 5 to almost 50 with locations in Springfield and Hollister.
Brett C. Neill, MD

Dr. Neill is Double-Board-Certified through the American Board of Dermatology for Dermatology and Mohs and Reconstructive Surgery. He is one of fewer than 10 Mohs surgeons in the USA who is both ACMS fellowship trained and completed two rigorous Mohs and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowships. He has published nearly 100 peer-reviewed research studies and manuscripts, with most focusing on skin cancer and reconstructive surgery.
Michael Kremer, MD

Dr. Kremer is a board-eligible dermatologist originally from Saint Louis, Missouri. He has a unique background in Biomedical Engineering which he studied at Vanderbilt University. After finishing at the top of his class at Tulane University school of medicine, Dr. Kremer pursued a dermatology residency at Saint Louis University where he served as Chief Resident. With expertise in general dermatology, Dr. Kremer is committed to evidence-based, compassionate care.
