Dr. Michael Swann is the founder and president of Swann Dermatology Partners. As a board-certified dermatologist who is fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery and laser & cosmetic dermatology, he has extensive experience in reconstructive surgical repair of Mohs surgery defects. Nobody has more expertise in Mohs surgery than our team. Dr. Swann began performing surgery in Springfield in 2008 and has expanded Swann Dermatology Partners from a staff of 5 to 70 with locations in Springfield, Branson, & Lebanon.
Michael Kremer, MD

Dr. Kremer is a board-certified dermatologist originally from Saint Louis, Missouri. He has a unique background in Biomedical Engineering which he studied at Vanderbilt University. After finishing at the top of his class at Tulane University school of medicine, Dr. Kremer pursued a dermatology residency at Saint Louis University where he served as Chief Resident. With expertise in general dermatology, Dr. Kremer is committed to evidence-based, compassionate care in both adult and pediatric patients.
Elizabeth A. Spenceri, MD

Dr. Spenceri has over 20 years experience in Mohs surgery and advanced dermatologic surgery. She has served in multiple leadership roles including past president of the Kansas City Dermatological Society and physician reviewer for the American College of Mohs Surgery Slide Quality Review Board. She has served in multiple volunteer roles for her children’s schools and in her local parish.
Jeremy Light, MD

Dr. Jeremy Light is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained in Mohs surgery and cosmetic dermatology. He has advanced training in complex aesthetic facial reconstruction of Mohs surgical defects for skin cancer. His expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery is the gold-standard treatment for skin cancer and offers the most precise and effective approach, maximizing tissue sparing and achieving the highest cure rate.
