April has 16 years of esthetic experience working as an esthetician for 10 years in plastic surgery before joining Swann Dermatology. She grew up in Central Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri, where she received a degree in Interior Design. After two years of helping people make their homes beautiful, she switched gears and pursued her passion of helping women look their best. She received her Esthetician license from Johnson County Community College in Kansas City and moved to Springfield to begin her work as an esthetician. She has trained with Dr. Swann in laser and light based technologies and gets fantastic results using IPL, ResurFx, Ultherapy, Secret Microneedling with Radiofrequency, KTP and CO2 lasers.
She loves building relationships with her clients and helping them navigate the skincare industry to develop the best treatment options for their skin concerns.
