Description: The patient wanted to reduce the appearance of her jawline laxity, jowels in the face and neck area, but was not interested in a surgical facelift. She opted for a micofocused ultrasound treatment of her lower face and neck, called Ultherapy. Ultherapy creates many small wounds in the superficial muscular aponeurotic system of the face, better known as the facelift plane. The patient had zero downtime and results were not appreciated for approximately 3 months. The patient was very satisfied with her improved jawline.
